The Pensions Act 1995 (Commencement No. 6 : S.I. 1996/1853 : C.38) (Amendment) Order 1996

The Secretary of State for Social Security, in exercise of the power conferred on him by section 180(1) of the Pensions Act 1995^[1] and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation
    1.    This Order may be cited as the Pensions Act 1995 (Commencement No. 6: S.I. 1996/1853 : C.38) (Amendment) Order 1996.

Amendment of S.I. 1996/1853
    2.    In article 1 of the Pensions Act 1995 (Commencement No. 6) Order 1996 made 15th July 1996 and registered as S.I. 1996/1853 (C.38), for "No. 6"substitute "No. 7".

This Order amends the Pensions Act 1995 (Commencement No. 6) Order 1996 made 15th July 1996 and registered as S.I. 1996/1853 (C.38) by re-numbering it the Commencement No. 7 Order.
