The Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 (Commencement No. 9) Order 1996

Made 6th March 1996

    In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 172(2) of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994[1], the Secretary of State hereby makes the following Order:
        1.    This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 (Commencement No. 9) Order 1996.
        2.    Section 22 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 (management of secure accommodation) shall come into force on 8th March 1996.
