ROAD TRAFFIC

The A205 Trunk Road (Richmond and Wandsworth) Red Route Experimental Traffic Order 1995 (Amendment No.1) Order 1996

Made 3rd February 1996
Coming into force 13th February 1996

    The Traffic Director for London, in accordance with a direction given to him by the Secretary of State for Transport under section 58(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1991[1] and in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by sections 9 and 10 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984[2], and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Order:—
    Commencement and citation
        1.    This Order may be cited as the A205 Trunk Road (Richmond and Wandsworth) Red Route Experimental Traffic Order 1995 (Amendment No. 1) Order 1996, and shall come into force on 13th February 1996.
    Amendment
        2.    The A205 Trunk Road (Richmond and Wandsworth) Red Route Experimental Traffic Order 1995[3] shall have effect as follows:
       (a) item 14 in Schedule 2C is deleted; and
       (b) for items 24 and 25 of Schedule 4 there are substituted the following items—
        24.    Upper Richmond Road West the south side, from the eastern kerb-line of Penrhyn Crescent to a point 23 metres east of the party wall of 385/387 and 398 Upper Richmond Road West.
        25.    Upper Richmond Road West the south side, from a point 3 metres west of the party wall of 367 and 369 Upper Richmond Road West to the party wall of 327 and 329 Upper Richmond Road West.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the Order)
    This Order amends certain provisions of the A205 Trunk Road (Richmond and Wandsworth) Red Route Experimental Traffic Order 1995 as follows—
      (a) revokes the designation of the disabled person’s parking bay in Upper Richmond Road West, south side outside nos. 367/369 and imposes no stopping at any time prohibitions in its place;
      (b) imposes no stopping at any time prohibitions in a further length of Upper Richmond Road West, south side, between nos. 381/389 and Penrhyn Crescent.
