Rheoliadau (Ffurflenni a Dogfenni Cymraeg) Cwmnïau (Rhif 3) 1995

Mae'r Ysgrifennydd Gwladol, o ymarfer â'r pwerau a roddwyd iddo gan adrannau 12, 30 a 744 o Ddeddf Cwmnïau 1985^[1], fel y'u hestynnwyd gan adran 26(3) o Ddeddf yr Iaith Gymraeg 1993^[2], ynghyd â phob per arall sy'n ei alluogi yn y cyswllt hwnnw, trwy hyn yn gwneud y Rheoliadau canlynol:

    1.    Gellir dyfynnu'r Rheoliadau hyn fel Rheoliadau (Ffurflenni a Dogfenni Cymraeg) Cwmnïau (Rhif 3) 1995, a deuant i rym ar 1 Gorffennaf 1995.

    2.    Mae ffurflenni 12CYM, 30(5)(a)CYM, 30(5)(b)CYM a 30(5)(c)CYM y cyfeirir atynt yn yr Atodlen i'r Rheoliadau hyn, gyda'r amrywiadau hynny y bydd amgylchiadau'n peri bod eu hangen, yn ffurflenni sydd wedi eu pennu at ddibenion adrannau 12 a 30(5)(a), 30(5)(b) a 30(5)(c) o Ddeddf Cwmnïau 1985 yn ôl eu trefn.

    3.    Caiff Ffurflen 12CYM yn yr Atodlen i Reoliadau (Diwygio) (Ffurflenni a Dogfenni Cymraeg) Cwmnïau 1995^[3] ei diddymu o 1 Gorffennaf 1995 ymlaen.
