LOCAL GOVERNMENT, ENGLAND AND WALES The Local Authorities (Expenditure Powers) Order 1995
1.(1) This Order may be cited as the Local Authorities (Expenditure Powers) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 26th January 1996. (2) In this Order "the Act" means the Local Government Act 1972.
