COUNTY COURTS The County Court (Amendment No. 3) Rules 1995
1.(1) These Rules may be cited as the County Court (Amendment No. 3) Rules 1995. (2) In these Rules, unless the context otherwise requires, an Order referred to by number means the Order so numbered in the County Court Rules 1981[1].
2. Order 14, rule 11(1B) shall be omitted.
(1A) Paragraph (1) shall not apply to proceedings which include

7. Order 38, rule 13(2) shall be amended by substituting, for the figures "£20.25" and "£29.00", the figures "£22.50" and "£32.25" respectively.

(1) inserting, after the words "the circumstances mentioned.", the following new sentence "The appropriate court fee shall be allowed in addition."; (2) omitting the words in item 10 "; the court fee to be allowed in addition as a disbursement".

15. Order 9, rule 8(1) and (3) shall be amended by substituting for "rule 3(3)", "rule 3(1)".
(1) in paragraph (1), after the words "Where a person has obtained a judgment or order in a county court for the payment of money", there shall be inserted the words "or where an order has been made under rule 12 of this Order"; (2) in paragraph (1A), for the words "judgment or order", there shall be substituted the words "judgment, order or award (as that word is defined by rule 12(1) of this Order)".
