NATIONAL LOTTERY

The National Lottery Charities Board (Increase in Membership) Order 1995

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by paragraph 1 of Schedule 5 to and section 60 of the National Lottery etc. Act 1993^[1], hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and coming into force
    1.    This Order may be cited as the National Lottery Charities Board (Increase in Membership) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 26th July 1995.

Increase in membership
    2.    Paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 5 to the National Lottery etc. Act 1993 shall have effect with the substitution of the words "a chairman and twenty-one other members," for the words "a chairman and sixteen other members,".

This Order increases the number of members to be appointed to the National Lottery Charities Board by the Secretary of State under paragraph 1 of Schedule 5 to the National Lottery etc. Act 1993.
