EDUCATION, ENGLAND AND WALES The Education (National Curriculum) (Exceptions) (Wales) Regulations 1995
1.(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Education (National Curriculum) (Exceptions) (Wales) Regulations 1995 and shall come into force on 1st August 1995. (2) These Regulations apply in relation to pupils at maintained schools and grant-maintained special schools (other than those established in hospitals)[3] in Wales. (3) In these Regulations
2. The Education (National Curriculum) (Exceptions) (Wales) Regulations 1989[6] are revoked.
