ROAD TRAFFIC The Goods Vehicles (Plating and Testing) (Amendment) Regulations 1995
(2) For paragraph 6 there shall be substituted
(3) In paragraph 7, for the words "section 4(2) of the 1971 Act" there shall be substituted the words "section 61 of the Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994 as originally enacted". (4) For paragraph 16, there shall be substituted the following paragraph
For the purposes of this paragraph "public road" has the meaning given in section 62(1) the Vehicle Excise and Registration Act 1994."
