PIPE-LINES

The St Michaels Mead Natural Gas Pipe-lines Order 1995

The Secretary of State, on an application in that behalf being made to him by Associated Gas Supplies Limited, and in exercise of the powers conferred by section 7(2) of the Pipe-lines Act 1962^[1] and now vested in him^[2], hereby makes the following Order:

    1.    This Order may be cited as the St Michaels Mead Natural Gas Pipe-lines Order 1995 and shall come into force on 16th May 1995.

    2.    In this Order, the "St Michaels Mead site" means the land which is described in the Schedule hereto and which is delineated and shown shaded in green on the map annexed hereto.

    3.    Section 7(1) of the Pipe-lines Act 1962^[3] shall not apply to the construction of pipe-lines situate wholly within the St Michaels Mead site, being pipe-lines for the conveyance of natural gas.
