HIGHWAYS, ENGLAND AND WALES

The A64 Trunk Road (Bramham Crossroads) Order 1994 (Variation) Order 1995

Made 17th February 1995
Coming into force 14th March 1995

    The Secretary of State for Transport makes this Order in exercise of powers conferred by sections 10 and 41 of the Highways Act 1980[1], and now vested in him[2], and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf:—
        1.    The A64 Trunk Road (Bramham Crossroads) Order is hereby varied as follows:—
       (a) the schedule to that Order shall become schedule 1 and the Schedule to this Order which is numbered 2 is added to that Order; and
       (b) the deposited plan to this Order numbered HA 10/YHCPD 70 marked, "The A64 Trunk Road (Bramham Crossroads) Order 1994 (Variation) Order 1995", signed by authority of the Secretary of State and deposited at the Department of Transport, Romney House, 43 Marsham Street, London SW1P 3PY shall be substituted for the plan numbered HA 10/YHCPD 52 marked, "The A64 Trunk Road (Bramham Crossroads) Order 1994" which shall be disregarded.
        2.    This Order may be cited as the A64 Trunk Road (Banham Crossroads) Order 1994 (Variation) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 14th March 1995.
