The Queen's Most Excellent Majesty in Council

    Her Majesty, in pursuance of section 26(1) and (2) of the Food and Environment Protection Act 1985[1], is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:
        1.    This Order may be cited as the Food and Environment Protection Act 1985 (Isle of Man) (Revocation) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 1st January 1995.
        2.    The Food and Environment Protection Act 1985 (Isle of Man) Order 1987[2] is hereby revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the Order)
    This Order revokes the Food and Environment Protection Act 1985 (Isle of Man) Order 1987 (S. I.1987/666), which extended to the Isle of Man Part II (deposits in the sea) and related provisions of the Food and Environment Protection Act 1985. Those provisions have now been superseded by Part 2 of the Water Pollution Act 1993 (an Act of Tynwald).
