LOCAL GOVERNMENT, ENGLAND AND WALES

The Local Government (Publication of Manpower Information) (Wales) (Revocation) Regulations 1994

Made 17th October 1994
Laid before Parliament 18th October 1994
Coming into force 9th November 1994

    The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 3(2), (4) and (7) of the Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980[1] and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, after consultation with such associations of authorities to whom section 2 of that Act applies as appeared to him to be concerned and any such authority with whom consultation appeared to him to be desirable, hereby makes the following Regulations:
    Citation and commencement
        1.    These Regulations may be cited as the Local Government (Publication of Manpower Information) (Wales) (Revocation) Regulations 1994 and shall come into force on 9th November 1994.
    Revocation of 1983 Regulations
        2.    The Local Government (Publication of Manpower Information) (Wales) Regulations 1983[2] are hereby revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the Regulations)
    These Regulations revoke the Local Government (Publication of Manpower Information) (Wales) Regulations 1983, which required local authorities to publish the information specified in the Local Government (Publication of Manpower Information) (Wales) Code 1983.
