NATIONAL HEALTH SERVICE, ENGLAND AND WALES

The Chesterfield and North Derbyshire Royal Hospital National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1994

Made 27th September 1994
Coming into Force 7th October 1994

    The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of powers conferred on her by section 126(3) of the National Health Service Act 1977[1] and section 5(1) of the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990[2] and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
    Citation, commencement and interpretation
        1.—(1)  This Order may be cited as the Chesterfield and North Derbyshire Royal Hospital National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1994 and shall come into force on 7th October 1994.

        (2)  In this Order "The Order" means the Chesterfield and North Derbyshire Royal Hospital National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992[3].
    Amendment of the Order
        2.    At the end of article 3(2) of the Order there shall be inserted the words "and associated properties".

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the Order)
    This Order amends the Chesterfield and North Derbyshire Royal Hospital National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992 by extending the functions of the NHS trust established by that Order to include that of owning and managing properties associated with the hospital specified in that Order.
