The Education (National Curriculum) (Foundation Subjects at Key Stage 4) Order 1994 (S.I. 1814) amends section 3 of the Education Reform Act 1988 so that, in the case of schools in Wales, history is no longer a foundation subject comprised in the National Curriculum in relation to pupils in the fourth key stage. The present Order amends the Education (National Curriculum) (Attainment Targets and Programmes of Study in History) (Wales) Order 1991 to reflect that change.
