CIVIL AVIATION The Aeroplane Noise (Limitation on Operation of Aeroplanes) (Amendment) Regulations 1994
(2) In regulation 2(1), at the end of the definition of "the Council Directive", there shall be added
(3) In regulation 2(1), after the definition of "the Convention", there shall be addedthe following definitions
"EEA State" means a State which is a Contracting Party to the EEA Agreement but until the EEA Agreement comes into force in relation to Liechtenstein does not include the State of Liechtenstein; and" . (4) In regulation 9 for the words "a Member State", in both places they appear, there shall be substituted the words "an EEA State". (5) In regulation 17 for the words "Member States" there shall be substituted the words "EEA States".
