NATIONAL HEALTH SERVICE, ENGLAND AND WALES

The Hillingdon Community Health National Health Service Trust Dissolution Order 1994

Made 21st March 1994
Coming into force 1st April 1994

    The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of powers conferred on her by section 126(3) of the National Health Service Act 1977[1] and section 5(1) of, and paragraph 29(1) of Schedule 2 to, the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990[2] and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, considering it appropriate in the interests of the health service to make this Order[3], and after completion of the consultation prescribed under paragraph 29(3) of Schedule 2 to that latter Act[4], hereby makes the following Order:
    Citation and commencement
        1.    This Order may be cited as the Hillingdon Community Health National Health Service Trust Dissolution Order 1994 and shall come into force on 1st April 1994.
    Dissolution of NHS trust
        2.    The Hillingdon Community Health National Health Service Trust established by the Hillingdon Community Health National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1991[5] is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the Order)
    This Order provides for the dissolution on 1st April 1994 of the Hillingdon Community Health National Health Service Trust established on 1st November 1991.
