ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

The Environmental Protection Act 1990 (Commencement No. 14) Order 1994

Made 15th March 1994

    The Secretary of State, in exercise of his powers under section 164(3) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990[1], hereby makes the following Order:
    Citation
        1.    This Order may be cited as the Environmental Protection Act 1990 (Commencement No.14) Order 1994.
    Provisions coming into force on 16th March 1994
        2.    Section 41 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 (in so far as not already in force) shall come into force on 16th March 1994.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the Order)
    This Order brings into force on 16th March 1994 the remainder of section 41 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990, which enables the Secretary of State to make a scheme prescribing fees and charges for licences under Part II of the Act.
