RIVER, SCOTLAND The Upper Spey and Associated Waters Protection (Renewal) Order 1993
1. This Order may be cited as the Upper Spey and Associated Waters Protection (Renewal) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 6th January 1994.
2. In this Order-
3. The 1991 Order is hereby renewed.
4. During the period from 6th January 1994 to 6th October 1996, both dates inclusive, fishing for or taking freshwater fish in the inland waters in the area prescribed in article 4 of the 1982 Order, without legal right or without written permission from a person having such a right, is hereby prohibited.
