NATIONAL HEALTH SERVICE, ENGLAND AND WALES

The Pembrokeshire National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1993

The Secretary of State for Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 92(1) of the National Health Service Act 1977^[1] and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, having regard to the change in the arrangements for the administration of hospitals and other establishments and facilities formerly managed by Pembrokeshire Health Authority resulting from the establishment of Pembrokeshire National Health Service Trust^[2], having consulted that Health Authority and that Trust in accordance with section 92(3) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation, commencement and interpretation
    1.—(1)  This Order may be cited as the Pembrokeshire National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 3rd November 1993.

    (2)  In this Order:
"the Authority" means Pembrokeshire Health Authority;
"the Trust" means Pembrokeshire National Health Service Trust;
"the trust property" means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the Authority and the Trust on 5th May 1993, which schedule has been signed on behalf of both the Authority and the Trust.

Transfer of Trust Property
    2.    On 3rd November 1993 the trust property shall be transferred from the Authority to the Trust.

This Order transfers to Pembrokeshire National Health Service Trust on 3rd November 1993 trust property formerly held by Pembrokeshire Health Authority.A copy of the schedule of trust property to which the Order refers can be obtained at the Welsh Office, National Health Service Trust Unit, New Crown Building, Cathays Park, Cardiff CF1 3NQ.
