HOUSING, SCOTLAND

The Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 (Commencement No.2) (Scotland) Order 1993

Made 3rd September 1993

    The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 188 of the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993([1]) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
    Citation
        1.    This Order may be cited as the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 (Commencement No.2) (Scotland) Order 1993.
    Commencement
        2.    The provisions of the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 specified in Schedules 1 and 2 to this Order shall come into force on 27th September 1993 and 1st April 1994 respectively.
