The Closure of Prisons (H.M. Young Offender Institution Campsfield House) Order 1993

Made 23rd August 1993
Laid before Parliament 2nd September 1993
Coming into force 1st October 1993

    In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 37 of the Prison Act 1952[1] I hereby make the following Order:
        1.    This Order may be cited as the Closure of Prisons (H.M. Young Offender Institution Campsfield House) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 1st October 1993.
        2.    The young offender institution known as H.M. Young Offender Institution Campsfield House and situate in the county of Oxfordshire shall close on the coming into force of this Order.
