This Statutory Instrument is made in consequence of a defect in S.I. 1993/1475 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument. STATUTORY INSTRUMENTS
ROAD TRAFFIC The Removal and Disposal of Vehicles(Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 1993
(2) These Regulations extend only to England and Wales.
(2) Sub-paragraphs (ii) and (iii) of paragraph (1)(a) and paragraph (1)(b) above shall not apply in relation to a vehicle if
