The Recreation Grounds (Revocation of Parish Council Byelaws) Order 1993

Made 1st July 1993
Laid before Parliament 9th July 1993
Coming into force 31st July 1993

    In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 262 (8)(d) of the Local Government Act 1972([1]), I hereby make the following Order:
        1.    This Order may be cited as the Recreation Grounds (Revocation of Parish Council Byelaws) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 31st July 1993.
        2.    The byelaws mentioned in the first column of the Schedule to this Order, made with respect to the recreation grounds and other areas named or described in the second column of that Schedule, are hereby revoked.
