PLANT HEALTH The Import (Plant Health Fees) (England and Wales) Order 1993
1.(1) This Order may be cited as the Import (Plant Health Fees) (England and Wales) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 19th July 1993. (2) In this Order "import licence" means a licence issued under article 30 of the Plant Health (Great Britain) Order 1993[3].
2. The Import and Export (Plant Health Fees) (England and Wales) Order 1988[4] and the Import and Export (Plant Health Fees) (England and Wales) (Amendment) Order 1991[5] are hereby revoked.
3. There shall be paid to the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food in respect of any service described in column 2 of the Schedule to this Order the fee prescribed in column 3 of the Schedule in relation to that service.
