RATING AND VALUATION

The Non-Domestic Rating Act 1993 (Commencement No. 2) Order 1993

The Secretary of State for the Environment, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 6(2) of the Non-Domestic Rating Act 1993^[1], and of all the other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order—

    1.    This Order may be cited as the Non-Domestic Rating Act 1993 (Commencement No. 2) Order 1993.

    2.    The Non-Domestic Rating Act 1993, in so far as it is not already in force, shall come into force on 6th July 1993.

Article 2 of this Order brings into force on 6th July 1993 all the provisions of the Non-Domestic Rating Act 1993 which are not already in force.

Sections 1(2) and 4 of the Act were brought into force on 4th June 1993 by the Non-Domestic Rating Act 1993 (Commencement No. 1) Order 1993 (S.I. 1993/1418).
