HIGHWAYS, ENGLAND AND WALES

The King's Lynn—Newark Trunk Road (Leadenham By-pass and Slip Roads) Order 1973 (Revocation) Order 1993

The Secretary of State for Transport makes this Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Highways Act 1980^[1], and now vested in him^[2], and of all other enabling powers:—

    1.    This Order shall come into force on 23rd June 1993 and may be cited as the King's Lynn—Newark Trunk Road (Leadenham By-pass and Slip Roads) Order 1973 (Revocation) Order 1993.

    2.    The King's Lynn—Newark Trunk Road (Leadenham By-pass and Slip Roads) Order 1973^[3] is hereby revoked.

This Order revokes the Order mentioned in article 2 which has not been implemented and which is to be superseded by the A17 Trunk Road (Leadenham Bypass) Order 1993.
