WATER SUPPLY, SCOTLAND

The Tayside Regional Council (Backwater and Lintrathen Reservoirs) Byelaws Extension Order 1993

Made 21st May 1993
Coming into force 30th June 1993

    The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 72(4) of the Water (Scotland) Act 1980([1]) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
        1.    This Order may be cited as the Tayside Regional Council (Backwater and Lintrathen Reservoirs) Byelaws Extension Order 1993 and shall come into force on 30th June 1993.
        2.    The period during which the Tayside Regional Council (Backwater and Lintrathen Reservoirs) Byelaws 1982 are to remain in force([2]) is hereby extended to 30th June 1994.
