These Regulations prescribe a Welsh version of the form to be used in connection with an application for the registration of food premises pursuant to regulation 2(1) and (2) of, and paragraph 5 of Schedule 3 to, the Food Premises (Registration) Regulations 1991 ("the principal Regulations").

The Welsh version prescribed by these Regulations is a translation of the corresponding English version set out in the principal Regulations and may be used only in respect of applications for the registration of food premises which are in Wales.

Mae'r Rheoliadau hyn yn pennu fersiwn Cymraeg o'r ffurflen a ddefnyddir mewn cysylltiad â chais am gofrestru adeiladau bwyd yn unol â rheoliad 2(1) a (2), a pharagraff 5 Atodiad 3 y Rheoliadau Adeiladau Bwyd (Cofrestru) 1991 ("y prif Reoliadau").
