SOCIAL SECURITY The Social Security (Widow's Benefit and Retirement Pensions) Amendment Regulations 1993
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Widow's Benefit and Retirement Pensions) Amendment Regulations 1993 and shall come into force on 7th June 1993.
2.(1) Regulation 17 of the Social Security (Widow's Benefit and Retirement Pensions) Regulations 1979[3] (provisions relating to age addition for persons not in receipt of a retirement pension) shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of this regulation. (2) In paragraph (1), after sub-paragraph (g) there shall be added the following sub-paragraph (3) In the first line of paragraph (2) after the words "the following shall" there shall be inserted the words ", subject to paragraph (3),". (4) After paragraph (2) there shall be added the following paragraph
