NATIONAL HEALTH SERVICE, SCOTLAND The Scottish Hospital Endowments Research Trust (Amendment) Regulations 1993
1.(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Scottish Hospital Endowments Research Trust (Amendment) Regulations 1993 and shall come into force on 8th June 1993. (2) In these Regulations-
2. In paragraph (3) of regulation 3 of the principal Regulations (term of office of members of the Trust) for the words "six years" there shall be substituted the words "for such period not exceeding four years as the Secretary of State shall specify on making the appointment".
3. The amendment made by regulation 2 of these Regulations shall apply only in relation to appointments of members of the Trust made after 31st May 1993.
