PUBLIC HEALTH, NORTHERN IRELAND The Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Oil and Chemical Pollution of Fish) (No.2) (Partial Revocation) Order 1993
1. This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Oil and Chemical Pollution of Fish) (No.2) (Partial Revocation) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 24th April 1993.
2. The Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Oil and Chemical Pollution of Fish) (No.2) Order 1993([2]) is hereby revoked except insofar as it applies in relation to shellfish and farmed salmon.
