The Stirling Royal Infirmary National Health Service Trust (Appointment of Trustees) Order 1993

Made 19th April 1993
Coming into force 30th April 1993

    The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 12G(2) of the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978([1]), and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
    Citation, commencement and interpretation
        1.—(1)  This Order may be cited as the Stirling Royal Infirmary National Health Service Trust (Appointment of Trustees) Order 1993, and shall come into force on 30th April 1993.

        (2)  In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires-
      "the Act" means the National Health Service (Scotland) Act 1978;
      "the Trust" means the Stirling Royal Infirmary National Health Service Trust.

    Appointment of trustees
        2.    The chairman, non-executive directors and executive directors of the Trust are appointed trusteesex officiisfor the purpose of holding any property which is to be held in trust on behalf of the Trust under section 12G of the Act.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the Order)
    This Order appoints the chairman, non-executive directors and executive directors and their successors in office of the Stirling Royal Infirmary National Health Service Trust as trustees for the purposes of holding any property which is to be held in trust on behalf of the Trust.
