TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING, SCOTLAND The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Scotland) Amendment Order 1993
1.(1) This Order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Scotland) Amendment Order 1993 and shall come into force on 1st May 1993. (2) In this Order "the 1992 Order" means the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (Scotland) Order 1992([2]).
