SOCIAL SECURITY The Child Benefit and Social Security (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 1993
(2) In paragraph (2)-
(3) For sub-paragraph (a) of paragraph (4) there shall be substituted the following sub-paragraph-
(4) In paragraph (5)(a)(i) the words ", guardian's allowance under section 38"[6] shall be omitted.
(2) In paragraph (2) at the beginning there shall be inserted the words "Subject to paragraph (7) of this regulation,". (3) After paragraph (6)[8] there shall be added the following paragraph-
