MEDICINES The Medicines (Applications for Manufacturer's and Wholesale Dealer's Licences) Amendment Regulations 1993
1.(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Medicines (Applications for Manufacturer's and Wholesale Dealer's Licences) Amendment Regulations 1993, and shall come into force on 14th April 1993. (2) In these Regulations, "the principal Regulations" means the Medicines (Applications for Manufacturer's and Wholesale Dealer's Licences) Regulations 1971[4].
2. In paragraph (1) of regulation 2 of the principal Regulations (interpretation), after the definition of "imported ready-made veterinary drug" there shall be inserted the following
3. Schedule 2 to the principal Regulations (particulars required on an application for the grant of a wholesale dealer's licence) shall be amended by inserting after paragraph 8 the following paragraphs
