Mae'r Rheoliadau hyn yn diwygio ymhellach ar yr Housing Renovation etc. Grants (Prescribed Forms and Particulars) (Welsh Forms and Particulars) Regulations 1991[18] ("y prif Reoliadau"). Mae'r diwygiadau'n gyfieithiad i'r Gymraeg o'r diwygiadau a wnaed gan yr Housing Renovation etc. Grants (Prescribed Forms and Particulars) (Amendment) Regulations 1993[19] i'r Housing Renovation etc. Grants (Prescribed Forms and Particulars) Regulations 1990[20].
Mae Rheoliad 2 yn darparu ar gyfer diwygio, yn unol ag Atodlen 1 y Rheoliadau, Ffurflenni 1 a 2 yn Atodlen y prif Reoliadau; yn unol ag Atodlen 2 y Rheoliadau, Ffurflen 3 yn Atodlen y prif Reoliadau; ac, yn unol ag Atodlen 3 y Rheoliadau, Ffurflen 4 yn Atodlen y prif Reoliadau.
EXPLANATORY NOTE

These Regulations further amend the Housing Renovation etc. Grants (Prescribed Forms and Particulars) (Welsh Forms and Particulars) Regulations 1991[21] ("the principal Regulations"). The amendments are a translation into Welsh of the amendments made by the Housing Renovation etc. Grants (Prescribed Forms and Particulars) (Amendment) Regulations 1993[22] to the Housing Renovation etc. Grants (Prescribed Forms and Particulars) Regulations 1990[23].
Regulation 2 provides for the amendment, in accordance with Schedule I to the Regulations, of Forms 1 and 2 in the Schedule to the principal Regulations; in accordance with Schedule 2 to the Regulations, of Form 3 in the Schedule to the principal Regulations; and, in accordance with Schedule 3 to the Regulations, of Form 4 in the Schedule to the principal Regulations.
