VETERINARY SURGEONS

The Veterinary Surgeons and Veterinary Practitioners (Registration) (Amendment) Regulations Order of Council 1993

At the Council Chamber, Whitehall, the 5th day of March 1993

By the Lords of Her Majesty's Most Honourable Privy Council

Whereas in pursuance of section 11 of the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966(^[1]) the Council of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons has made the Veterinary Surgeons and Veterinary Practitioners (Registration) (Amendment) Regulations 1993 set out in Schedule 1 to this Order:

And whereas upon Regulation 5 of the said Regulations coming into force the revocations mentioned therein shall render wholly spent the Orders of Council listed in Schedule 2 to this Order:

Now, therefore, Their Lordships, having taken the said Regulations into consideration, are hereby pleased, in exercise of the power conferred on Them by section 25(1) of the said Act, to approve the same, and hereby revoke the Orders listed in Schedule 2 to this Order.

This Order may be cited as the Veterinary Surgeons and Veterinary Practitioners (Registration) (Amendment) Regulations Order of Council 1993.
