EDUCATION, ENGLAND AND WALES

The Education (Further Education Corporations) (Designated Staff) Order 1993

Made 4th March 1993
Laid before Parliament 5th March 1993
Coming into force 31st March 1993

    In exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 26(1) and (5) of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992[1] the Secretary of State for Education hereby makes the following Order:
        1.    This Order may be cited as the Education (Further Education Corporations) (Designated Staff) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 31st March 1993.
        2.    Those persons employed by a local education authority to work at an institution named in column 1 of the Schedule to this Order and who are named or described in column 2 of that Schedule are hereby designated for the purposes of section 26 of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992.
