The Education (PCFC and UFC Staff) Order 1993

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 63(2)(b), (3) and (6) of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992^[1] the Secretary of State for Education hereby makes the following Order:

    1.    This Order may be cited as the Education (PCFC and UFC Staff) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 1st April 1993.

    2.    The persons employed by the Polytechnics and Colleges Funding Council or by the Universities Funding Council and listed in the Schedule to this Order are hereby designated for transfer under section 63 of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992 to the employment of the Higher Education Funding Council for England on 1st April 1993.
