The Spring Traps Approval (Variation) Order 1993

Made 2nd February 1993
Coming into force 1st March 1993

    The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, in relation to England, and the Secretary of State, in relation to Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 8(3) and (7) of the Pests Act 1954[1] and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:
    Title and commencement
        1.    This Order may be cited as the Spring Traps Approval (Variation) Order 1993 and shall come into force on 1st March 1993.
    Variation of principal Order
        2.    The Spring Traps Approval Order 1975[2] shall be varied by inserting at the end of the Schedule (in which are set out traps of a type and make approved for the purposes of section 8 of the Pests Act 1954) the provisions set out in the Schedule to this Order.
