PUBLIC HEALTH, NORTHERN IRELAND The Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Radioactivity in Sheep) Partial Revocation Order 1993
1.(1) This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Radioactivity in Sheep) Partial Revocation Order 1993 and shall come into force on 14th January 1993. (2) In this Order "The principal Order" means The Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Radioactivity in Sheep) Order 1991[2]
2.(1) The principal Order is revoked so far as it designates any part of the areas set out in Schedule 1 to this Order. (2) Part II of Schedule 1 to the principal Order shall be amended in accordance with Schedule 2 to this Order.
