ANIMALS The Animal Health Act 1981 (Amendments) Regulations 1992
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Animal Health Act 1981 (Amendments) Regulations 1992 and shall come into force on 1st January 1993.
2. After section 64 of the Animal Health Act 1981[3] there shall be added the following new section "Powers of inspectors relating to Community obligations 64A. In addition to the powers conferred by sections 63 and 64, an inspector (on producing, if required to do so, some duly authenticated document showing his authority) may at all reasonable hours
