REGISTRATION OF BIRTHS, DEATHS, MARRIAGES, ETC. The Registration of Births, Deaths and Marriages (Fees) (Scotland) Order 1992
1. This Order may be cited as the Registration of Births, Deaths and Marriages (Fees) (Scotland) Order 1992, shall apply to Scotland only and shall come into force on 1st April 1993.
2. The fees payable under the enactments specified in column 1 of the Schedule to this Order in respect of the certificates described in column 2 of that Schedule shall (in place of the amounts previously prescribed which are specified in column 3 thereof[2] be respectively the amounts specified in column 4 thereof.
3. The Registration of Births, Deaths and Marriages (Fees) (Scotland) Order 1991[3] is hereby revoked.
