SUPREME COURT OF ENGLAND AND WALES COUNTY COURTS The Civil Courts (Amendment No. 4) Order 1992
(2) The Bridlington and Kingston-upon-Hull County Courts[4] shall have jurisdiction in proceedings commenced in the Beverley County Court before this Order comes into force. (3) The Lincoln County Court shall have jurisdiction in proceedings commenced in the Gainsborough County Court before this Order comes into force. (4) The Worcester County Court shall have jurisdiction in proceedings commenced in the Great Malvern County Court before this Order comes into force. (5) No process shall be invalid only because the holding of the court described therein by name has been discontinued by this Order.

(2) In Schedule 3 the letters "D.R." shall be inserted in the first column beneath the entry relating to Salford.
