AGRICULTURE The Suckler Cow Premium (Amendment No. 3) Regulations 1992
1.(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Suckler Cow Premium (AmendmentNo. 3) Regulations 1992, shall apply in Great Britain and shall come into force on27th November 1992. (2) In these Regulations "the principal Regulations" means the Suckler Cow Premium Regulations 1991[4].
2. The principal Regulations shall be further amended in accordance with the following provisions of these Regulations.
"Application period 3A. In respect of that period for lodging applications for Community premium which commenced on 15th June 1992, an application for such premium shall, subject to Article 1a of the Commission Regulation[5] (which deals with applications for premium lodged after the closing date specified in accordance with Article 1(1) of that Regulation), be lodged with the appropriate Minister on or before 15th December 1992." .
(2) The amount of such additional premium shall be determined in accordance with the Schedule to these Regulations. (3) An application for a Community premium may be treated as if it were also an application for an additional premium. (4) The additional premium shall be payable subject to, and be reducible or recoverable under, the same conditions as are specified, in relation to the Community premium, in the Council Regulation[6] and the Commission Regulation." .
