TRANSPORT AND WORKS TRANSPORT CANALS AND INLAND WATERWAYS The Transport and Works Act 1992 (CommencementNo. 3 and Transitional Provisions) Order 1992
1.(1) This Order may be cited as the Transport and Works Act 1992 (Commencement No. 3 and Transitional Provisions) Order 1992. (2) In this Order, "the Act" means the Transport and Works Act 1992.
2. The following provisions of the Act shall come into force on 1st January 1993
3.(1) The repeal of the Military Tramways Act 1887[2] shall not affect the validity of a Provisional Order made under that Act and in force immediately before 1st January 1993. (2) The repeal of the enactments specified in Part II of Schedule 2 to this Order shall not affect
(3) The repeal of the enactments specified in Part III of Schedule 2 to this Order shall not affect the operation of any of those enactments in relation to an order made under the Light Railways Act 1896[3] which
