NATIONAL HEALTH SERVICE, ENGLAND AND WALES The National Health Service (District Health Authorities) (No. 4) Order 1992
1. This Order may be cited as the National Health Service (District Health Authorities) (No. 4) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 1st December 1992.
2. The following District Health Authorities are hereby abolished:-
3.(1) Bradford Health Authority is established a District Health Authority for Bradford District[2]. (2) North Yorkshire Health Authority is established a District Health Authority for North Yorkshire District[2].
4. In consequence of articles 2 and 3 of this Order the entries in columns (1) and (2) of Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the National Health Service (District Health Authorities) Order 1990[3] shall be amended-
