SOCIAL SECURITY The Social Fund Cold Weather Payments (General) Amendment Regulations 1992
1.(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Social Fund Cold Weather Payments (General) Amendment Regulations 1992 and shall come into force on 1st November 1992. (2) In these Regulations "the principal Regulations" means the Social Fund Cold Weather Payments (General) Regulations 1988[3].
2. In Schedule 1 to the principal Regulations (Post Office postcode areas assigned to designated National Climatological Message Stations)[4] for entries 8, 11, 22, 23, 25, 33, 34, 53, 56, 58, and 61, there shall be respectively substituted the entries in Schedule 1 to these Regulations.
3. For Schedule 2 to the principal Regulations (definition of Post Office postcode area) there shall be substituted the Schedule set out in Schedule 2 to these Regulations.
