EDUCATION, ENGLAND AND WALES

The Education (Further Education Corporations) (No. 2) Order 1992

In exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 15 of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992^[1] the Secretary of State for Education hereby makes the following Order:

    1.    This Order may be cited as the Education (Further Education Corporations) (No. 2) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 29th September 1992.

    2.    Islington Federal College is hereby specified as an institution which appears to the Secretary of State to fall within section 15(2) of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992 (initial incorporation of existing institutions).

This Order specifies Islington Federal College as an institution in respect of which a further education corporation will be established on 30th September 1992 for the purpose of conducting the institution from 1st April 1993.
